Based on the revised operating model Pingala delivered New End2End processes, based on a shared services approach, and Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM configured to support the processes. All in alignment with the 5-year vison.
Due to the in-sync build process very few customisations have been done (less than 3% of budget).
