In order to maximize your involvement, we work as ‘One Team’ throughout the project. Working in a project is a partnership that extends to the whole project and beyond. This means that the old-fashioned approach of a traditional customer / vendor relationship must be broken down and replaced by respect and trust.

The customer Project Office or Project Manager works in close collaboration with Pingala Project Management with a ‘split’ project management responsibility.

In the day-to-day work we want to work in sprint teams together with the right customer project participants using basic iterative and scrum disciplines.
