For the Benefit of our Customers

Everything is based on the idea that our actions must be of benefit to our customers. This reassures our customers that we do not compromise on our values and potentially end up choosing the wrong "path". Through our interests and competencies, we ensure that we understand the customer's "why".

The customer's "why" is an expression of a need, and this can have different meanings and consequences. Before we advise our customers, we want to understand what their needs are. We assess the needs together with the customer and compare them with the consequences, expenses and the potential value. Based on that, we then decide on whether those needs are worth solving or not, so that together, we can decide on "what" needs to be solved and "how". This means that our customers can assess the decisions based on a "value" consideration. This is to make sure that the decisions taken will provide a sound return on investment.

Our customers are also being advised in this process by our business consultants so that we find the most optimal solution together.

The approach above has been a contributing factor to Pingala's impressive growth being driven by recommendations from our customers. As a result, Pingala doesn't even have a sales department. The customers are in communication with the Pingala colleagues that are to solve the tasks. This ensures our customers have a direct path to the optimal results.

Life-long Collaboration

Knowledge and experience provide the best solutions for our customers. It can be frustrating if you've spent a lot of time and money on building the necessary knowledge in a consultant and then that person decides to work for another supplier. It often leads to challenging situations where, in the end, you might choose to switch suppliers.

For Pingala, "life-long collaboration" applies to both our customers and our colleagues. This means that, together with our customers, we are building shared knowledge that makes us capable of creating the best results in close collaboration with them.

Pingala is convinced that by attracting the best Dynamics AX and 365 Enterprise Edition resources, we also create the best solutions and thereby, create the most value for our customers.

Our employees have a minimum of 10 years of broad experience with Dynamics AX. Our customers therefore only ever encounter competent resources who can, either on their own or together with colleagues, quickly and effectively solve any challenge that our customers may have.

Through Pingala's ongoing training and the gaining of experience, our customers can be assured that we have the most recent knowledge and that we keep pace with market requirements and possibilities that can streamline processes and generate value.

Our DNA, culture, and values are our product. At Pingala, we have created an environment where the employees are measured through their ability to work in teams and create value for our customers. This is done in a free and network-organizational environment without hierarchies. Since Pingala was created in 2008, we have not been on the receiving end of a single letter of resignation.

This provides stability for both our customers and employees. Our customers can rely on the fact that the resources they are working with do not disappear, so they do not have to deal with either changing suppliers or resources.
