Our project methodology
The Pingala methodology is based on a process and strategy approach, that ensures a generic way of early analyzing and defining the scope of the project, no matter what systems we later propose.
The Pingala methodology contains a proven Delivery Model (What and when to deliver) defined by purpose, deliverables, and activities, as well as an Execution Model (How to deliver) and a set of supporting models e.g., a Project Governance model, a Microsoft Azure DevOps model, role definitions and RACI matrixes.
