Working with high level architecture, breaking down into fast and well working elements, is driving my work with customers. I find great pleasure in being able to see the larger scale on the end of the road, not compromising value creation in a collaboration with customers.
Learning every day is my work motto. Working with many different customers and projects gives my valuable insight to help customer in their IT journey. My learnings from different projects and different value chain usually also helps me in given back to my customers, not only in the deliveries of the project but also challenging customers in the way they are working will help optimize process and IT usage.
Working with Dynamics 365 for enterprise (previously AX) since 1998 have given me a very broad knowledge in AX and the increasing Microsoft Platform, working with elements such as CRM, BI, Integrations and Master data gives me a broad platform to help customers with IT implementation.
My passion is to get things working, my strength is my business understanding and securing process alignment into a customer specific setup. Utilizing Microsoft platform in different ways combining different process elements will normally give flexibility to fit customer needs without modifications.
Inside Pingala, I will be building our Middle East platform from a knowledge perspective, including the Pingala foundation in our operation. I will also be securing Pingala knowledge will be utilized as best possible cross boarders for customer benefit. Pingala has many highly skilled employees which will help projects in fast tracking different challenges as I am sure someone has tried something similar.
Loving to learn also will give colleagues and culture fast elements to use my competencies to secure incorporating these in our way of working. I love working with great colleagues in a knowledge environment driving value towards our customers. Having working in many countries and therefor many cultures will help me in securing success but also growth for Pingala.
