For more than 30 years, I’ve worked with the implementation and selling of complete ERP solutions. What motivates me is creating value for my customers and colleagues.

 

My starting point when I meet with a customer is that I hope I can find processes or solutions that optimize and streamline their business.

I work based on a ”Why, What, How and Value” model where I ensure that both myself and the customer understand the customer’s ”Why”. That is to say, what is the actual need that the customer has? Once I have made sure that I have understood the customer’s needs, then together we can work on assessing ”What” potential solutions exist, and subsequently, we can look at ”How” potential solutions can be implemented. Last, but not least, we can look at the ”Value” of the various solution models.

The model ensures that work is not begun on solutions without the customers first having made a business-related assessment of whether the expenses either justify the commercial significance or will yield a reasonable return on investment.

I am curious, sincere and honest. My focus is on managing the customer’s interests. In my experience, this is what leads to the greatest satisfaction and it benefits all parties, both in the short-term and long-term.

My core competencies are in purchasing, sales and logistics where my experience is mainly based on implementations in wholesale companies with simple manufacturing. However, I also have quite a bit of experience in the retail market.

I have worked with a long range of ERP solutions, including several versions of Microsoft D365FOEE and AX, SAP, M3, Oracle Application and Guide mf.

Working with the many different kinds of ERP solutions has provided me with a wide range of experiences and a creativity in relation to finding different possible solutions to the challenges that the customers are facing.

The mission and culture of Pingala, where the focus is on attracting the best resources and entering into life-long collaborations with the customers is a perfect fit for me and my own values.
