I am known for a positive approach and good communication skills, which ensure dialogue and mutual understanding with clients. I want to ensure honesty about the customer's choice of solution within the options that can be offered in the field, so that the options are identified and the client’s choice of a solution is made on an informed basis. As a senior consultancy, Pingala must be the client’s sparring partner, for the satisfactory identification of the need and the solution.
