I have been working with D365 FO (formerly known as AX) for the past 15 years. My main focus has been on the technical side as a developer, though over the years I have grown to be able to understand the functional side also. But my drive and passion will always be the technical aspects.

Important key values when achieving a goal is to build a casual work environment for customers and peers based on honesty, trust and mutual respect. Creating an agile atmosphere where instead of following a carved road, have the freedom and ability to create. Being stubborn about your goals but flexible with your methods. In another words guiding the customer to not just achieve their goals but instead provide what is best for them.
