I am passionate about standard solutions that actually work for the customer, and not invasive customizations.

When it comes to customer relationships, I am passionate about providing processes and solutions that are as simple as possible and work in the real world. I really enjoy getting to know the clients well and learning to understand their world and why it does what it does. I also really care about challenging both the organization, the solution and the processes, and I think in order to do this in a loving and caring way, you first need to listen and understand the context. For me, it's important to think long-term. Solutions are, after all, usually not going to disappear again after a short while. The should preferably work for the client for many years, and therefore they need to maintain their flexibility and be able to keep pace with a changing reality.

My knowledge of AX is extensive, and this means that I am good at finding solutions within existing standard functionalities, including solutions that maybe aren't quite obvious or where we need to get the functionality from another module in order to solve the task. I'm very attentive to preventing us from making invasive customizations if there is any way at all around doing so.

I am passionate about the way we work, including using the agile implementation method. Therefore, I am one of the main forces behind the continuing development of Pingala's methods. I think it's fun to work with the various opportunities and to be a part of ensuring that our methods are solid and work in the real world.

Inside Pingala, I am very keen on having Pingala remaining an oasis for extremely competent people. I greatly enjoy being surrounded by competent people. After all, that's where I learn the most. Similarly, Pingala needs to remain a place where people are free to be themselves. There needs to be room for diversity, even if we end up being a lot of people.

I am also passionate about our work methods and our company culture and finding ways to preserve it as Pingala grows both in a geographic sense and in the number of employees. It is important to me that we care about each other and help each other - not just professionally, but also on a personal level. Among a lot of other things, I really care about our KNUS-concept, where I have a really great mentor myself while also doing my utmost to be a good mentor for my own mentee.
