I am a very experienced professional Business Analyst and Solutions Architect with special flair and focus on getting the Business and IT working together nationally and internationally. A successful implementation is important to me as solutions must meet the need of customers and users and have a positive impact on the Business. I am very innovative, quick thinking and not afraid of challenging the existing.
My sense of business and always economic/people/strategy view on my tasks is based in a solid background from the banking and insurance world through 25 years where I have had responsibility of sales and service B2B and B2C and later on analysing, developing and implementing Dynamics CRM / XRM solutions from a few users and up to 4,000 users
Before starting at Pingala I lived 5 years in the UK where I started as a self-employed Business Analyst and have been working for major banks on CRM Upgrades / CRM Redesign and enhancements / KYC and AML-compliant processes / System Integration / Risk Assessments / Master Data Management etc.
Besides my family sport has always been a great part of my life both as an active football and tennis player but also as a voluntary football coach and board member in different clubs and organisations. I still like to exercise by cycling, walking or fitness. I am interested in people, their conditions and willing help, currently chair of Børn Uden Grænser, an organisation supporting children and young people in Western Africa. Birdwatching and travelling are also great.
