I love to think outside the norms and challenge the musts. In my experience, we are often aware of our musts, but seldom aware of why they are musts. If we understand why, we understand exactly what it is we need. We often figure out that what was once needed, is obsolete or can be replaced with something better.

IT is no longer just the operational element you need to run your business, IT should be a part of your business, used actively to empower and improve your business by smart solutions.

When I create and implement new solutions, I thrive with this as a shared strategy and perspective in the team. By team, I mean Pingala as the vendor and you as our customer in one team with a shared goal.
When we are partners in crime, we will get a great professional relationship with mutual trust, which leads to great solutions.

Professionally, my core skills are as developer and as project manager. I chose this odd composition to challenge the norms, which has led to a different skill set and perspective as project manager compared to what is usually expected. This leads to less technical difficulties and less unexpected development issues or delays. With these skills, I work best with a functional solution architect, who’s focusing on the business processes and the big picture of a solution. Together, we can cover the why, the how to, the value compositions, the technical limitations, the best ways and places to create the right customizations to empower your business.

In my private life, I’m married, father of a daughter and two sons. We practice Taekwondo together.
When the everyday gets a bit repetitive, we enjoy travelling to new places.
