In a typical project, I analyse system requirements, discuss prioritisation of requirements with client decision makers, design and recommend system architecture, and make hands-on customisations. I am pragmatic in my implementation approach, and I am equally motivated by strategic system architecture discussions and getting my hands dirty in implementation projects.
The fact that I focus on reducing long-term cost of ownership and making system design easy to maintain has contributed to my position as a trusted advisor among my clients.
I hold a master’s degree in international commerce and languages, have started a couple of companies and worked more than 10 years as a management consultant, however, it seems that I become more and more engulfed and hooked on hands-on implementation of Microsoft’s stack of business solutions, a journey that started in 2008 when I took my first Microsoft CRM certification.
In my private life, I enjoy spending time outdoors, dinghy sailing, hiking, travelling and experiencing foreign cultures. I have lived and worked in Brazil and Australia and travelled with my family on several extended trips in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
