With the future in focus, I have a passion to develop myself, develop the people around me and develop the processes and businesses I come into contact with. I know the threads that bind us all and my goals are therefore selfish and selfless, as I have realized that by contributing to the growth and development of people and organizations around me, I am also developing myself.

I like to think so far into the future that it can be a little hard to see, much less explain, what it takes to arrive out there well-prepared. Nonetheless, I'm very pragmatic about what needs to be done right now, so I'm not a fan of gold-plated solutions or quick fixes, but advocate building solid, flexible foundations that can be built on.

I enjoy getting smarter, stronger, faster, slower, more skilled, and generally working with my own development in all directions – sometimes as a functional architect, consultant, developer or project manager and sometimes as a singer, dancer, conductor, golfer, cyclist or parent.

I am very curious, honest and sincere of nature and always seek to understand or at least get a sense of the most important people, relationships and organizations around me. I willingly share my insights with others if they are interested or if I feel they can use them for something. For some reason, these qualities often make me a safe yet effective change agent.

As a solution architect, consultant and developer, I have seen this as a natural way to start to become good as a developer and thereby understand the logic and data model on a deep level and subsequently use this understanding as a consultant and later as a solution architect.

I am dedicated to Pingala’s continued and that it will steadily become a better workplace, partner and advisor for our clients. For many years I have been a driving force at work in developing and improving our agile delivery model, and it is amazing that the market is finally realizing the incredible advantages of delivering solutions in this way. The never-ending nature of working to improve and adapt the agile delivery model is a constant source of pleasure for me.
