I strongly believe that an honest and open dialog, confidence, and mutual respect, brings the best results in any collaboration.
When starting a journey towards the cloud I believe it is vital to include an evaluation of the operational aspects that follows the implementation of a cloud solution. In the continuously changing evergreen world of cloud, it should be considered an equal part of the ERP journey plan, to not only secure the Solution, but to include the business and service readiness for hyper care end. This will also support a faster return of investment for the business stakeholders.
The substantial business-founded experience I obtained during 25 years in the Transportation and Food industries, topped with the past 8 years of working with ERP in both implementation and operation, gives me the advantage of advising and planning from a combined business and ERP perspective when supporting customers in all stages of their journey.
