I am always passionate about getting the best solution for the customer. My focus is on thinking ahead and optimizing the IT system’s use, seeing to it the solutions are long-term and compatible with the technological trends. The optimal situation occurs when everything is optimized and the customer has become self-propelled.

As a person, I listen, am engaged and invite discussion when necessary. In most cases, we find the best solution at the first go, but we also need to recognize that we can become wiser along the way in a project. That is working agilely, and in my view it is the shortest way to the best solution. As a consultant, I have to get to know the business and the company’s project participants have to learn about Ax’s potential. That knowledge is attained through the agile method. Along the way, we approach one another and the best solutions arise.

I am educated as an economist and have practical experience in both project-oriented and production-oriented companies. I have experience in all sorts of jobs, e.g., warehouseman, machine operator, forklift operator, account manager, IT manager, Ax support manager, internal consultant, project manager and now consultant. I have thus gained thorough insight into factual circumstances, work processes and human relationships around the companies. This helps me to carry out projects well, in good collaboration with the staff, so that we jointly achieve the desired goal.

Back in 2003, as accounting manager, I was first in charge of an Ax implementation, where I worked hands-on with financing, projecting, Lessor Payroll and time registration. Ever since that time I have worked in project management, solution design, support and training: all components of a successful implementation. Since then, my work has centered on Ax, where I have in any case worked toward ensuring the best solutions. This has been the case regardless of whether in connection with the basic build-up of implementations – before going live, while going live or subsequently – with a view to further optimization.

In the progression to the best solution, it is first of all a matter of understanding the business process, then studying how far you can get with the standard. If it still makes sense to make an adjustment, then it should be made to follow the overall Ax design and it should be done in such a way that one can continue to use the most feasible standard, if need be. It works in the end.
