Empty office

When we are onsite with our customers, the office may be a bit empty. But then we are where we want to be.

Compentences are key

In line with 'freedom', 'competence' is a value highly esteemed at Pingala. It not only facilitates our work but also makes it far more enjoyable.

At Pingala, 'competence' is a value that is essential for several reasons. One of the primary reasons is that it significantly enhances collaboration with our clients. Possessing the necessary competencies, including both D365 skills and softer skills such as understanding business context, strategic thinking, and the ability to listen and understand customer needs, makes it much easier to deliver satisfactory results.

Furthermore, our prioritization of competencies is one of the reasons we typically work on-site with individual clients, as we believe this provides us with deeper insights into client relationships and enables a better understanding of their needs and business environment. We are convinced that providing valuable and effective advice requires a thorough immersion in the client's context.

Confidence in task delegation

Many of us have experienced situations in other organizations where tasks were delegated to colleagues who could not meet the required level of competence and expectations, resulting in disappointed clients and consultants, and lost trust. At Pingala, we prioritize competencies so highly that we can delegate tasks with full confidence that they will be completed to everyone's satisfaction.

Natural curiosity and openness

Another important reason for valuing competencies is the rewarding dynamic that arises when we interact with skilled individuals. 'Competence' as a value often goes hand in hand with a natural curiosity and openness to new ideas and technologies. This creates an atmosphere where we constantly challenge each other to grow and become even better. At the same time, it allows us to have a supportive network of people around us who can guide us in areas where we may not be as strong – whether it's technical skills like D365, project management, or softer skills.

Trust in our colleagues' expertise

All employees at Pingala have unique strengths and areas of expertise. This allows us to complement each other in a way that adds new perspectives to various topics. This diversity in competencies and approaches enriches our daily lives and often leads to better solutions. When we can collaborate and trust in our colleagues' expertise, we achieve a stronger and more efficient workflow. This not only makes our daily lives more enjoyable but also ensures that we deliver the best possible results to our clients.

In-depth and versatile competencies

At Pingala, everyone possesses in-depth knowledge of AX, D365, and related products. However, we also value a certain degree of versatility in our competencies. We believe that it is not sufficient to be an expert in only a few modules. AX2012 and D365O are so complex and interconnected that a broad understanding across modules is necessary to deliver optimal solutions to our clients and minimize the need for customizations.

To maintain this breadth and to gain insight into each other's knowledge, we hold occasional sessions where colleagues share their expertise on topics within D365O or related systems. These sessions have covered areas such as the warehouse management module, management reporter, and AIF.
