BI Analyst/Developer
The BI Business Analyst/Developer position is important in the Pingala eco system. It is a dynamic position which demands of the holder, the ability to develop software solutions (utilize Azure Business Intelligence), analyse and identify Big Data and Data Wareghousing technologies and cooperate with the different groups across Pingala's Centres of Excellence and project groups.
What does it take ...
- You need the ability to design and develop intuitive reports, dashboards and graphs with Azure Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse and Big Data analyzes
- You must fill out a business analyst/developer position by identifying needs, demands and technologies
- You will have to go through and analyze complex, integrated data, model and information from different ERP solutions and Big Data sources with Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services and Power BI Service
- You also need to be able to document business- and IT-solutions as well as functional and non-functional demands and problems
- Furthermore cooperate with the business, IT, sales people, off-shore development teams and other stakeholders
- You need to document test plans, test cases, test scripts and carry out QA-activities for different BI-applications
Qualifications ...
- 10 years of significant experience with software development, design, development and support of intuitive reporting, dashboards, graphs with Azure Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, Azure Analysis Services, DAX Query Language, SSAS, Visual Studio, SSDT and Excel Pivot
- Relevant business analyst experience and hereby experience communicating with customers to gather, clean, design, analyse, test and support large Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse projects and application demands by usage of data from CRM Resource and Project Management, Finance (Dynamics365), Talent, HR and other Big Data business domains
- Experience and extensive understanding of best practice and standards for Tabular, Multi dimensional, Security Models, Dimensional Structures, Hierarchies and Big Data/BI/Data Warehousing
- Experience with collecting, defining and implementing BI reports, dimensions, targets, metrics, KPI's and security demands across the organisations
Show professionalism within SQL requests using TOAD and other tools to collect and analyse data
